PAK TAT INDUSTRIAL TOYS CO.is an exporting company,
which specializes in toys, located in one of the special economy zone Shantou, within Chenghai in Guangdong Province. Having running for a long period of time, meanwhile the company has successfully established very good reputation, strong connection and wide partnership network with many manufactures/suppliers in China, particularly in Shantou. On the other hand, we do have various current customers from different part of the world doing business with our company, for examples Hong Kong, Taiwan, United States of America, Europe, Japan and Middle East,…..etc. As far as the customers are concerned, we also established very good relationship with the transportation companies both in Hong Kong and Shantou, subsequently, we are confident our company will be able to meet customer deadline on arrival in most of the destinations in the world. In addition, in an effort to improve the effectiveness and efficiency, also to fasten the working progress and to ease communication with our business partners all over the world, we have expanded our administration office to Hong Kong which mainly focusing on communicating functions, customer services and after sales follow up actions.
Organizational goals: - On product side, we shall cope with the market trend and exploit/expand international market share by continuous improvement on existing products or new innovative product development. However, with no doubt that we shall also maintain excellent quality and punctuality of delivery in order to meet customer requirements/standards. On price side, we are aware of the strong competition within all industries in the world and therefore we definitely will provide very competitive quotes in comparing to the market price to our customers in order to increase our attractiveness/competitiveness, and by then to reach a win win situation for both parties. On customer service, we are hundred percent Customer Oriented and it is our primary objective to provide excellent services to our customer up to their satisfaction. Moreover, we are always aware to prepare ourselves to be capable to provide assistance to our customers that they might require in expanding their business, either in Hong Kong or in China. On documentation and transportation, basically we will be able to provide you one stop shop services included everything so that our customer does not need to worry of other issues except if the price meet their expectation.
We have just expanded our office and showroom in Shantou which contains three floors and one of them is our administration office. In the showroom, there is more than hundred thousand pieces of sample in various series placed inside, basically they included most of the existing toys which currently is popular selling in the market and everyone is welcome to pay a visit to our showroom at any time to have a look on our products. We are glad and delighted to cooperate/work with our customers to establish a long term good relationship towards mutual benefit for prosperous future.
